Questions, answered clearly.

Quick answers about greenhouse seasons, plant availability, workshops, landscaping, pickup and delivery.

Useful before you go

The questions people ask most.

Availability changes quickly, especially during spring. Calling before a special trip is always the safest check.

Is the greenhouse open now?

The greenhouse is currently closed for its summer stretch and is scheduled to reopen September 1. Landscaping and bulk-material service continue year-round.

Can I reserve plants online?

Not at this time. Call or visit during current greenhouse hours to check what is available.

Do you deliver?

Local delivery is available for eligible bulk-material and seasonal orders. Address, timing, minimums and fees must be confirmed for the specific order.

Can I pick up an order?

Pickup arrangements depend on the item and season. Confirm the pickup window before arriving so the team can have the order ready.

Do you grow every plant you sell?

No blanket claim is made. Konjoian’s grows seasonal plants and planters in Andover and also selects other materials and plants appropriate to the work.

Do you offer private workshops?

Yes—private group requests can be discussed by date, group size and seasonal project. Availability is confirmed individually.

What should I bring for plant help?

Bring photos, measurements, light conditions and a sense of how often you can water. That makes recommendations more useful.

How do I report a plant or order concern?

Contact the team promptly with your receipt, photos and a short explanation so the situation can be reviewed.

Still deciding what to ask?

Start with the goal, the location and the timing. The team will help identify the right next step.
